Seacrest’s ever growing brand spans beyond media with his many entrepreneurial endeavors. He has extensive deals with brand heavyweights Proctor & Gamble, Coke and Microsoft, and recently announced a strategic marketing and technology alliance with Eventful, Inc.
Originally from Atlanta, GA, Seacrest’s professional career in broadcasting began at the age of 16 when he applied for an internship at one of Atlanta’s top radio stations, WSTR-STAR 94. While working at STAR 94 he finished high school and went on to attend the University of Georgia where he majored in Journalism. Seacrest currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
Ellen K has one of the most recognizable voices in radio. She co-hosts the top-rated On Air with Ryan Seacrest, a nationally syndicated four-hour music and entertainment news program that airs Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. local time. The program focuses on all aspects of the entertainment industry, including highlights and interviews with top talent from the worlds of music, film and television. On Air can be heard on more than 200 stations in the U.S., including major cities such as New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas, San Francisco, Boston, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Phoenix and Seattle. Internationally, the program can be heard in such markets as Toronto, Vancouver, Johannesburg, Sydney, Melbourne, Dubai, Beirut, Cape Town, Namibia and others.
In addition, Ellen is co-host of On Air With Ryan Seacrest on KIIS-FM/Los Angeles. The local morning show has been the most-listened-to program in Southern California for the last five years and consistently wins the key demo of Women 18-34.
Ellen’s career in radio began while attending Purdue University. Originally a Veterinary Science major, she took an internship at a local radio station. After one fill-in shift behind the mic, she was hooked; she switched her major to Radio/TV/Film. Over the course of the next decade, radio jobs would take Ellen from her small Indiana surroundings to San Diego, San Francisco and finally Los Angeles. There she joined the legendary Rick Dees in the Morning show for more than 10 years, and hosted the nationally syndicated Rhythm Countdown, a show that won her dozens of Marconi and Billboard Radio Awards.
Ellen has enjoyed success in television as well. She co-hosted The Wayne Brady Show, an Emmy Award-winning talk show, and worked as a correspondent for the popular entertainment news show Extra. In addition, Ellen served as a music and entertainment expert for KCAL-TV in Los Angeles and acted as correspondent for the syndicated program Real TV.
Currently, Ellen continues her daily TV work as the host of her own segment “Ellen Ks’ Inside Hollywood” on the KTLA evening news in Los Angles. Ellen also finds time to do the live VO for the Grammys on CBS, the Screen Actors Guild Awards on TBS/TNT, as well as the narration for the huge UK hit “My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding” and ” My Big Fat American Gypsy wedding” on TLC. Additionally, Ellen is showcased weekly as the host of velvetredtv.com, a movie and lifestyle trend setting website, and occasionally squeezes in cameos on “Keeping up with the Kardashians” and “Days of Our Lives.” In May of 2012, Ellen was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Ellen resides in Los Angeles with her husband and son. When she’s not spending time with her family, Ellen can be found running, swimming or competing in triathlons for charity.
Slammin' Sammy - A transplant from the mid-west. Sammy grew up in Indiana playing "Radio: in his bedroom, imitating Casey Kasem. When football dreams fell by the wayside Sammy returned to his first love RADIO and worked his way up from Intern to full time on air and eventually into programming. Sammy is a graduate of Indiana University. He has lived the radio life with shows in California, Utah, Kansas, Texas, Florida and now here in the Chuck! Sammy is single but is a package deal with Annabelle (His Dalmation) and Rue (his cat) Don't be surprised if you see Sammy downtown on King St or The Market or at the beach with his dog!
Meet Jill, she is a Moncks Corner Native and a graduate from the University of South Carolina. While she was there she worked with The University of South Carolina Athletics department where she hosted her own webshows that highlighted the upcoming games. She also had stories air weekly on the Coach Spurrier Show and The Coach Tanner show.
